Based in the beautiful north east of England, we're a street food business with a simple mission: to serve up the best fish and chips using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, with no skimping on quality.
Our story
The Little Fishy was founded by me (Michael) in 2015.
An honorary Geordie through marriage to a Geordie lass, I am passionate about food and the north east. Combining these two passions gave me the perfect business idea.
We started as a street food trader at Tynemouth Market, where we quickly established a name for ourselves on the north east street food scene.
Since then, we’ve catered for hundreds of events, from the MTV Awards After Party, to weddings, birthday parties and corporate events.

We really care about quality
We've done lots of research to ensure that our food is the best it can be, from finding the best suppliers, to sourcing sustainable packaging.
Collaborating with local designer Ashley Willerton to create a logo inspired by the region’s rich fishing heritage, our brand reflects our pride in the local area.
